No Internet at Home

I'm now surfing the Internet at my office...

Since last Wednesday, my house is Internet-less because some scumbags stole TM’s main connection cables... Because of that theft, land line telephone connection and Internet connection is currently not available for the whole neighbourhood... Bummer...

Actually, this is not the first time this has happened... If I’m not mistaken, for the past five months, it has happened three times already... It’s really really frustrating...

At first, my anger was directed towards the thieves for stealing those cables... but now, the rage has shifted to TM... Obviously they are not doing anything to prevent the stealing... and they took forever to fix the problem...
A local newspaper reported that TM has lost RM2 million last year due to the rising number of cable thefts in Terengganu... Go to Google and search “tm rugi 2 jutacuri kabel” and you’ll see so many reports on cable thefts in Malaysia...

So, TM, are u even doing anything to prevent it from happening? No barbed wire or security guards to protect those cables? I think it’s cheaper to hire a guard than to pay for the damage repairs... or you can at least collaborate with local police to hunt those thieves... Do a stakeout and arrest those irresponsible thugs... Set up traps or whatever! Just do something to stop it from happening again and again...

Look at what those thieves did to Stadium Sultan Mizan's electric control room...

Judging by the looks of it, the thieves have taken it too far... So, somebody, someone, please stop these guys!

  1. kalo ko nak tau, pekerja TM sendiri yg curi kabel2 tu. not all cases, but most of the cases la. security sume ok dah. the only ones who can breach the security and know what to do and what not to do memang staff die je. this is no speculation. got it from a very reliable source.
