I guess the concept of "The customer is always right" is not relevant in Malaysia... or at least in most of the shops I've entered so far...


Patisfrance in Gajah Berang - With a frown on her face, the cashier just throw my change onto the counter... So rude...

Parkson's Perfume section in Mahkota Parade - Everytime I enter the section, the salespersons always gave me a very judgmental look... instead, when a guy wearing a suit came in, he instantly got served with a big fake smile... Judgmental bitches...

Quayside restaurant - Alvin, my girl, kakak and I went to that place since kakak havent had her dinner yet... The waiter was kinda rude... no smiles at all and he seemed a little bit arrogant and lazy...

A&W Dataran Pahlawan and Melaka Sentral - I never want to enter A&W again because the service sucks...

and etc...

When I enter any kind of shop, I would expect a kind and good service... or at least a smile indicating that I'm welcomed... Besides, if I get a good service, I would definitely come again and bring my friends along...

Without us customers, there will be no sale...
