VC Cup...

VC Cup was finally over and I supposedly can work on my research proposal... Well, supposedly...
VC Cup went well, though not smoothly... We had a few glitches but the whole event went according to plan...
Quite a number of participants said that this year's VC Cup was the best ever... Most probably because it was held in Kampus BANDARAYA Melaka (KBM) where after the training and debate tournaments, they could loose themselves up by partying all night long in the nearest clubs and party houses... These debaters sure know how to partay~
I was one the organizing committee where I got to handle the preparation of food for the whole tournament... It was supposed to be a piece of cake for me... Well, how hard could it be? All I had to do were to deal with the caterer and make sure the food is ready on time... But it turned out to be quite stressful...
The food was horrible...
and I had to deal with hundreds of complaints from everyone...
En Ramli from HEP said to me that the food is highlight of every event... If the food sucks, the event sucks... which is quite true and added the pressure in me...
I had a few flashbacks of what Mdm Suja said during ICELT, "Food is very crucial to Malaysians... If you dont give them food, they wont go to work..."
In the future, I dont want to be in charge of food preparations again if the ones preparing the food is the RBH Catering... Though the boss, En Roslee claimed that RBH made the most profit comparing to other caterers in Kampus Alor Gajah, but honestly, RBH is not that good comparing Makcik Soto in MARA...
Haih~~
During the English Debate finals, I felt very frustrated because Fina and Noel didnt win... my heart spoke, "After all that hardwork, we didnt win??"
Fina was totally awesome... while she was giving her speech, I was busy analyzing her words and sentences... Her speech was fantastic... I had a strong belief that she would win...
Fina, in my heart, honestly you won...
I also felt bad because Alief was forced to pull out from public speaking... He was good...
All in all, all KBM teams did a great job... We had our inexperienced debaters overpowering experienced ones... The runners were great... Without them, VC Cup would not be so great...
I had fun getting to know Rosal and Shariha and Bobo... :-D

"Makanan tak sedap!!"
"Tak cukup garam..."
"Lauk sedikit"
"Makanan tak cukup!"
"Kuah takde..."
"Mana sudu dan garfu??"
