One of my students came to me after class just to tell me that he liked my lesson... It gave me the best feeling ever... It felt like all of my effort in planning, preparing and delivering the lesson was worth it... It made me smile for the whole day...

Yes, teaching is kinda rewarding... But, it is also not an easy task... Besides being a teacher, you must also be a preacher, a joker, and sometimes, a parent...

When my students seemed to be rather rude towards each other or towards me, I preach them about respect and courtesy... 

When I see my students being all bored and sleepy, I make jokes and talk in weird intonations and accent... or I modify my lesson so that the students can be more involved... There were a few times when I went out of the classroom and thought, "Was that really me in there?? I never thought I could be THAT animated"... Well, I just did what I had to... 

Since I started teaching, I already took up so many roles... I adapt myself to the situation... Sometimes I fumble and screw up the lesson, leaving my students all confused and bored... but I see them as a lesson for me to improve myself... 

I may not continue teaching in the future... However, as long as I'm doing it, I'll try to do it right...
